The first International Brand Ambassador Event, organised by Comprof for K-time and attended by Brand Ambassadors from all over the world, has just ended successfully. The three-day event (20 – 21 – 22 November) took place in Naples with the full cooperation and sharing attitude of all participants.
During the intensive business days, sessions of technical training on product and brand identity were held by experienced coaches, as well as experiential teaching sessions such as practical tests on mannequin heads. There were also profitable workshops on public speaking and techniques to become successful trainers.
The event was also a fruitful team building opportunity, with activities specifically designed to strengthen team spirit among all participants. The guided tour to discover the beauty of Naples and the moments of socialisation have contributed to cement the sense of membership in the company and the cooperation among colleagues.
Through this experience, K-time Brand Ambassadors were able to significantly increase their technical and cross-sectional expertise, learning new skills to put at the service of the company and its customers. In addition, stronger bonds in the team will make them work more collaboratively.
With this ambitious international project, Comprof has once again demonstrated its willingness to invest in the training of professionals, creating constructive growth opportunities for each employee. The excellent success of this first event provides a solid starting point to organise future events.
