We met Comprof at the Fair InterCHARM in Moscow, thanks to one of their sales managers. Since the first order, we were immediately impressed by a number of things: product quality, marketing support, and their training approach are key factors that make Comprof brands very appealing both for beauty Salons and final customers.
We have been Comprof Partners for more than 25 years. The possibility to have an exclusive brand to distribute and to benefit from a complete training support are the plus of our collaboration with Comprof. We contacted Comprof during the pandemic as we were looking for an Italian brand with an excellent quality/price ratio that was able to ensure a good service. The commercial focus we got since the beginning had been excellent and the following test on the products exceeded our expectations, by proving we were dealing with a company that uses cutting-edge ingredients and technologies. The order fulfillment is fast and accurate as well as the assistance they provide both when placing an order and after the sales. We are really pleased!
We met during the Cosmoprof and the in-depth introduction of the brand persuaded us to start distributing it in our country. We think the Comprof technical team, that gave us great support when launching and presenting the brand to our customers, is the strong point of the company, as it is a fundamental added value. We believe that the ongoing dialogue between Comprof and us will bring to more and more ambitious results.
We started our collaboration thanks to a hairstylist customer that uses these products and suggested testing the brand. We tested the K-time Somnia product line in one of our Salons and we were very happy with them. From this, we had our first contact, which then developed in the existing cooperation. Despite the restrictions due to the covid, the feedback we get from our customers is very positive: the packaging is catchy, the scents are fascinating and the results fully correspond to the expectations.
