O evento de tr\u00eas dias (20, 21 e 22 de novembro) decorreu em N\u00e1poles, num ambiente de grande coopera\u00e7\u00e3o e partilha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante os dias intensos de trabalho, as sess\u00f5es de <\/span><b>forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica sobre os produtos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e <\/span><b>identidade da marca<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, realizadas por formadores experientes, alternam com sess\u00f5es de ensino experimental, como testes pr\u00e1ticos em cabe\u00e7as. N\u00e3o faltaram <\/span><b>preciosos workshops <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sobre como falar em p\u00fablico e t\u00e9cnicas para nos tornarmos formadores eficazes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O evento constituiu tamb\u00e9m uma oportunidade frutuosa de <\/span><b>forma\u00e7\u00e3o de equipas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, com atividades especificamente concebidas para refor\u00e7ar o <\/span><b>esp\u00edrito de equipa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entre todos os participantes.
