A question that calls for action in front of an issue that is as topical and global as ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/b>Plastic Bank\u00ae project<\/b><\/a> project consists of creating <\/span>ethical recycling ecosystems<\/b> in coastal regions whereby collected plastics are reprocessed and reintroduced into the global supply chain as <\/span>Social Plastic\u00ae<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is an important virtuous cycle by which coastal regions can provide for family needs such as buying food and fuel, paying school fees and health insurance. The project indeed includes a <\/span>prize money<\/b> for the people who engage in the collection of materials.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Plastic Bank\u00ae<\/b> is also aimed at <\/span>companies <\/b>that want to <\/span>participate in change by using Social Plastic\u00ae raw materials in their products and packaging<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Social Plastic\u00ae raw materials are accompanied by verifiable declarations on their environmental impact and this positively influences the corporate reputation of all those companies that have adopted a plastic-free and eco-friendly attitude through internal policies and external communication.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Comprof has joined Plastic Bank project<\/span><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Comprof, <\/b>always <\/span>careful about environmental policies, <\/b>has recently<\/span> joined the cause of Plastic Bank\u00ae <\/b>and obtained<\/span> an important award: <\/b>the <\/span>Plastic Offset Certificate.<\/b>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”61409″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The <\/span>Plastic Offset Certificate <\/b>certifies that Comprof has offset the use of 3,636 kg of plastic, the equivalent of 181.820 plastic half-litre bottles.<\/span><\/p>\n

This certificate is a sign of the commitment and the attention that we, Comprof, together with our brands, give to the planet and its future. A cause that really matters to us.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The pollution of the oceans by plastics is a highly topical issue, a<\/span> contemporary global challenge<\/b> to which everyone – individuals and companies alike – should pay attention by implementing small daily practices to safeguard ecosystems.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, companies that use plastics to make and store their products should start using them in a forward-looking way to drastically reduce plastic consumption. The case of the Hair Care and Skin Care business is representative.<\/span><\/p>\n
